These Advertising and Sponsored Content Terms govern the purchase and placement of sponsored advertisements (“Ads”) on Hellobreeder.
By purchasing, submitting, or running a Sponsored Ad, you agree to these Terms in addition to Hellobreeder’s Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies.
1. Platform Role
Hellobreeder is a digital visibility platform only.
Hellobreeder:
• Does not endorse advertisers
• Does not guarantee advertiser credibility
• Does not verify claims made in advertisements
• Does not act as a broker or intermediary
Sponsored placement provides increased visibility only and does not constitute endorsement, certification, approval, or recommendation.
2. Payment Terms
• All advertising purchases must be paid in full prior to review or publication.
• All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.
Hellobreeder reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
3. Ad Review and Approval
Hellobreeder reserves the right to:
• Review, approve, reject, edit, or remove advertisements
• Request revisions before publication
• Refuse advertising for any reason
• Limit placement categories
Advertisements must comply with:
• Community Standards
• Animal Listing Rules (if applicable)
• Intellectual Property Policy
• All applicable laws
Approval of an advertisement does not create a partnership or endorsement.
4. No Guarantee of Performance
Sponsored Ads provide enhanced visibility only.
Hellobreeder does not guarantee:
• Impressions
• Clicks
• Engagement
• Leads
• Sales
• Revenue
• Return on investment
Performance depends on multiple independent factors outside Hellobreeder’s control.
5. Ad Placement and Duration
• Advertising duration begins once the Ad is approved and published.
• Time runs consecutively unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ads cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or rescheduled.
• Placement location (feed, sidebar, featured area, etc.) is determined at Hellobreeder’s discretion.
Hellobreeder may rotate or reposition ads for operational reasons.
6. Content Responsibility
Advertisers are solely responsible for:
• Accuracy of claims
• Legal compliance
• Licensing (if applicable)
• Intellectual property rights
• Health or service representations
Advertisements must not:
• Contain false or misleading claims
• Use stolen images
• Misrepresent verification status
• Imply Hellobreeder endorsement
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Hellobreeder harmless from any claims arising from advertisement content.
7. Refund Policy
Sponsored advertising is a digital service.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once approved or published.
• If rejected prior to publication, Hellobreeder may allow revision or issue account credit at its sole discretion.
No refunds are provided for:
• Low engagement
• Poor performance
• Technical user-side issues
• Dissatisfaction with results
8. Removal Rights
Hellobreeder may remove an advertisement without refund if it:
• Violates platform policies
• Receives verified complaints
• Poses safety concerns
• Becomes misleading after publication
• Conflicts with platform standards
Removal does not constitute admission of wrongdoing.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Hellobreeder may result in:
• Immediate suspension of advertising privileges
• Account suspension
• Permanent removal from the Platform
Hellobreeder reserves the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
10. Technical Limitations
Hellobreeder does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation.
Hellobreeder is not liable for:
• Server outages
• Platform maintenance
• Technical delays
• Third-party hosting disruptions
• Internet service failures
Advertising time will not be extended due to routine maintenance or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Advertising performance outcomes
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific advertisement in question.
12. Modifications
Hellobreeder may modify these Advertising Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
