Hellobreeder Community Standards and Code of Conduct

Hellobreeder is a dedicated social platform created exclusively for the animal community. Our mission is to provide a focused, professional environment where breeders, pet providers, rescues, transporters, and animal lovers can connect, share knowledge, and build responsible relationships centered around animals.
Unlike general social networks, Hellobreeder is designed specifically for individuals and organizations involved in the care, breeding, placement, and support of animals. Our platform encourages education, transparency, and ethical practices while creating a respectful community where members can collaborate and learn from one another.
By creating an account or using Hellobreeder, all members agree to uphold the following community standards.
1. Respectful Conduct
Hellobreeder is committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all members of the animal community.
Members must communicate in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disagreements may occur, particularly when discussing breeding practices, animal care, or industry standards, but these conversations must remain constructive and respectful.
The following behaviors are not permitted:
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Threats, abusive language, or hostile conduct
• Public defamation or false accusations against individuals or businesses
Members who repeatedly engage in harmful behavior may have their content removed or their accounts restricted or terminated.
2. Honest Representation
Transparency and honesty are essential to building trust within the Hellobreeder community.
All profiles, listings, services, advertisements, and public statements must accurately represent the animals, services, and credentials being offered.
Members may not:
• Misrepresent animals, litters, services, or qualifications
• Falsely claim verification status
• Use misleading images, stolen photos, or inaccurate descriptions
• Impersonate another individual, breeder, rescue, or business
Accurate information helps protect both buyers and professionals and ensures the integrity of the community.
3. Responsible Animal Practices
Hellobreeder promotes responsible animal ownership, ethical breeding, and humane care for all animals.
Members are expected to prioritize the welfare of animals in all activities conducted through the platform. This includes responsible breeding practices, appropriate care standards, and ethical placement of animals into suitable homes.
Members should:
• Prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of animals
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Represent animals honestly and ethically
• Engage in responsible placement practices, including screening and appropriate agreements
Hellobreeder does not tolerate fraudulent, exploitative, or abusive practices involving animals.
4. Appropriate Content
Hellobreeder is an animal-focused platform designed for meaningful discussions and professional networking within the animal community.
Content shared on the platform should remain relevant to:
• Animal care and responsible ownership
• Breeding practices and placement guidance
• Animal transport and professional pet services
• Educational content and industry discussion
The following types of content are prohibited:
• Adult or explicit material
• Political campaigning or political promotion
• Spam or repetitive promotional posts
• Unrelated commercial advertising or scams
Content that does not align with the purpose of the platform may be removed.
5. Listings and Visibility Rules
Hellobreeder provides structured listing features designed to help breeders and animal professionals connect with the community.
Free members may participate in community discussions, groups, and social features across the platform.
Breeder and Pet Provider members have access to structured listing tools that allow them to create animal listings, service listings, or business profiles that appear within searchable directories and listing pages.
All listings must comply with platform guidelines and accurately represent the animals or services being offered.
6. Verification and Badges
Hellobreeder offers a verification system designed to improve transparency and trust within the platform.
Breeders and Pet Providers displaying a verified badge have completed Hellobreeder’s verification review process. Verification helps members identify individuals who have submitted documentation and additional information to support their credentials.
Misuse, falsification, or misrepresentation of verification status may result in account review, removal of badges, or suspension from the platform.
Members are encouraged to review profiles carefully and prioritize verified members when conducting business.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Maintaining a trustworthy platform requires community participation.
Members are encouraged to report suspicious activity, scams, fraudulent listings, or violations of these community standards. Reports help the platform maintain a safe and reliable environment for all users.
Hellobreeder reserves the right to:
• Review accounts, posts, and listings
• Remove content that violates platform standards
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to certain features or services
Enforcement decisions are made to protect the safety, integrity, and reputation of the community.
8. Commitment to Community Integrity
Hellobreeder was built to serve the animal world and support responsible members of the community.
Our standards exist to maintain:

9. Child Safety Standards
We are committed to fighting any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) with zero tolerance. Any content we deem to be CSAM/CSAE, related to inappropriate interactions with children, sexualization of minors, or any violent, inappropriate and/or pornographic content in general will result in the content being removed immediately, your account banned for life, followed by reporting you to the proper authorities dependent on your country of residence. That includes your name, email address, IP addresses and any other personal information on file.
