This Pet Health and Genetic Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains Hellobreeder’s role and limitations regarding animal health information, veterinary representations, genetic testing claims, and related statements made by users on the Hellobreeder platform (“Platform”).

This Disclosure applies to breeders, buyers, transporters, service providers, rescues, and all community members.

By using Hellobreeder, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Platform Role and No Agency Relationship

Hellobreeder operates solely as a digital connection and visibility platform.

Hellobreeder:

• Does not breed, sell, transport, or examine animals

• Does not act as an agent, broker, dealer, or marketplace facilitator

• Does not inspect animals

• Does not verify medical or genetic documentation

• Does not participate in member transactions

All health, veterinary, and genetic information displayed on the Platform is provided exclusively by users.

2. No Health, Genetic, or Lineage Guarantees

Hellobreeder does not provide, verify, or guarantee:

• The health or medical condition of any animal

• Genetic status or DNA accuracy

• Breed purity or pedigree validity

• Long-term health outcomes

• Temperament, behavior, or suitability

• Fitness for a specific purpose

All listings, business pages, discussions, messages, sponsored posts, and content are created by members.

Users assume full responsibility for verifying claims independently.

3. Breeder, Seller and Provider Responsibility

Breeders, sellers, and providers are solely responsible for accurately representing, when applicable:

• Vaccination status

• Deworming schedules

• Veterinary examinations

• Health certificates

• Genetic test results

• Breed-specific screenings

• Parent animal information

• Known hereditary or congenital conditions

Hellobreeder does not authenticate, review, or validate any documentation uploaded or referenced on the Platform.

4. Genetic Testing Disclosures

Any reference to genetic testing services (including but not limited to Embark, Wisdom Panel, UC Davis, OFA, PawPrint Genetics, or others) is provided solely by users.

Hellobreeder does not verify:

• DNA test authenticity

• Carrier, clear, or at-risk classifications

• Breed ancestry percentages

• Coefficient of Inbreeding (COI)

• Parentage verification

• Health screening interpretation

Buyers must request official documentation directly from breeders or testing providers.

5. No Responsibility for Misrepresentation

Hellobreeder is not responsible for:

• False, misleading, or incomplete health claims

• Expired or altered health certificates

• Inaccurate genetic interpretations

• Omitted hereditary conditions

• Fraudulent documentation

• Member-to-member disputes regarding health

Disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

6. Regulatory and Transport Compliance

Animal health, licensing, and transport laws vary by jurisdiction.

Hellobreeder does not determine, verify, or enforce compliance with:

• USDA regulations

• State or federal breeder licensing requirements

• International transport laws

• Vaccination mandates

• Quarantine rules

• Import/export regulations

Compliance is the sole responsibility of the breeder, buyer, and transporter.

7. No Veterinary, Medical, or Legal Advice

Hellobreeder does not provide veterinary, medical, or legal advice.

Educational content, discussions, or tools available on the Platform are informational only and do not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional.

8. Buyer Due Diligence and Assumption of Risk

Buyers are strongly encouraged to:

Sponsored placements, featured listings, badges, or elevated visibility do not imply:

• Endorsement

• Ethical certification

• Guarantee of compliance

Visibility status is a paid or tier-based feature and does not represent quality or health assurance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:

• Health conditions or medical outcomes

• Genetic disorders

• Veterinary expenses

• Transport-related health complications

• Misrepresentation by members

• Financial losses arising from health-related disputes

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

In no event shall Hellobreeder’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for membership access during the relevant billing period.

11. Reporting Concerns

Users may report suspected fraud or falsified documentation.

Hellobreeder may review reports for policy compliance but does not independently determine medical accuracy or genetic validity.

12. Updates

This Disclosure may be updated to reflect legal changes, industry standards, or platform operations.
