Welcome to Hellobreeder Careers. These Job Listing Terms and Conditions govern the submission, posting, and application of job opportunities within the Hellobreeder platform.

By submitting or applying to a job listing, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility to Post Jobs

Job posting privileges are reserved for:

• Verified Breeder Members
• Approved Transporter Members
• Approved Pet Service Provider Members
• Other authorized paid membership tiers

Hellobreeder reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any job listing at its sole discretion.

2. Industry Limitation

All job listings must be directly related to:

• Animal breeding programs (dogs, cats, horses, livestock, or specialty breeders)
• Kennel, cattery, or stable operations
• Animal care, grooming, training, or behavior services
• Veterinary or reproductive support services
• Animal transport and logistics
• Animal-industry administrative support

Listings unrelated to the breeding or animal-care industry are strictly prohibited.

3. Accuracy and Responsibility

Job posters agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• Compensation details are clearly stated (hourly, salary, contract, volunteer, etc.)
• The role is legitimate and lawful
• Contact information is valid

Hellobreeder does not verify salary claims, employment conditions, or employer credentials beyond membership status.

Employers are solely responsible for compliance with local, state, national, and international employment laws.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• MLM or pyramid schemes
• Commission-only recruitment without disclosure
• Unrelated farm labor postings
• Retail pet store positions not directly tied to breeding operations
• Illegal employment offers
• Discriminatory hiring practices
• Harassment, exploitative, or unethical roles

Violation may result in immediate removal and membership termination without refund.

5. Applications and Hiring

Hellobreeder:

• Does not conduct background checks
• Does not screen applicants
• Does not guarantee qualifications
• Does not mediate employment disputes

All hiring decisions are made directly between employer and applicant.

Hellobreeder is not liable for:

• Employment disputes
• Misrepresentation
• Compensation disagreements
• Workplace conduct issues

Users engage at their own discretion.

6. Membership Requirement

Job posting access is included as a benefit of eligible paid memberships.

Membership fees are not refundable based on job posting performance or hiring outcomes.

7. Content Review and Removal

Hellobreeder reserves the right to:

• Edit minor formatting errors
• Remove misleading or incomplete listings
• Suspend job posting privileges
• Require clarification or documentation

We prioritize maintaining a professional and ethical community environment.

8. Safety and Due Diligence

Employers and applicants are encouraged to:

• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Verify identities
• Use written agreements
• Follow applicable employment laws

Hellobreeder does not guarantee safety or suitability of any job listing or applicant.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hellobreeder serves solely as a platform for posting opportunities.

We are not:

• An employment agency
• A recruiter
• A staffing firm
• A legal advisor

All interactions occur at your own risk.

10. Amendments

Hellobreeder may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Job Listings feature constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
