Hellobreeder™ (“Hellobreeder,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting platform content, member identity integrity, and proprietary systems.
This Policy governs ownership of content, permitted use, copyright procedures, impersonation restrictions, and enforcement authority.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Ownership of Hellobreeder Platform Content
All materials created, owned, licensed, or operated by Hellobreeder are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition laws.
Protected materials include:
• Platform structure, layout, and design
• Branding, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and proprietary naming
• Educational materials and course content
• Tools, calculators, generators, templates, and digital resources
• Written copy, policies, and structured documentation
• Custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
• Software code, scripts, and technical architecture
• Directory structure and organizational systems
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, scraping, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of platform materials is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
2. Member-Submitted Content
Members retain ownership of content they lawfully submit, including:
• Animal listings
• Service listings
• Photos and videos
• Profile information
• Business pages
• Group posts and comments
• Messages and written submissions
By submitting content to Hellobreeder, you grant Hellobreeder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
• Host and store
• Display and distribute
• Format and reproduce
• Promote within platform marketing
• Share in social previews related to Hellobreeder
This license is limited to platform-related purposes and does not transfer ownership.
Members represent and warrant that they have lawful rights to upload and share all submitted content.
3. Prohibited Intellectual Property Violations
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
• Uploading stolen photos or videos
• Copying another member’s listing descriptions
• Using AI-generated or stock images to falsely represent animals for sale
• Misusing logos or trademarks without authorization
• Reposting copyrighted educational materials
• Extracting or scraping directory data
• Republishing Hellobreeder content externally without permission
• Creating derivative platforms using Hellobreeder’s structure or policies
Accounts engaging in infringement may be permanently terminated without notice.
4. Anti-Impersonation Policy
Impersonation is strictly prohibited.
Members may not:
• Create accounts using another person’s name or brand
• Pretend to be another breeder, transporter, rescue, or provider
• Use stolen branding, business names, or logos
• Falsely claim credentials or licensing
• Misuse verification badges
• Imply Hellobreeder endorsement or partnership
• Create confusingly similar business pages to mislead users
Hellobreeder may suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in impersonation without notice and without refund.
5. Verification Badge Protection
Verification indicates completion of limited platform review requirements only.
Verification does NOT:
• Certify licensing
• Guarantee ethics
• Confirm regulatory compliance
• Guarantee performance
• Create endorsement
• Transfer liability to Hellobreeder
Misuse or misrepresentation of verification status may result in immediate revocation and account termination.
6. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice Procedure)
If you believe content on Hellobreeder infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to:
Your notice must include:
• Your full legal name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content
• A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature
Hellobreeder may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while reviewing claims.
Knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.
7. Repeat Infringers
Hellobreeder may terminate accounts of members who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
8. Data Scraping and Automated Access
Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, indexing, or extraction of:
• Breeder directory information
• Listings
• Member contact details
• Marketplace data
• Structured platform content
is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized automated access may result in technical blocking, account termination, and legal enforcement.
9. Platform Enforcement Authority
Hellobreeder reserves the right to:
• Remove infringing content
• Restrict feature access
• Revoke verification
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cooperate with legal authorities
• Pursue civil remedies where appropriate
Enforcement decisions are final and may occur without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:
• Member misuse of intellectual property
• Unauthorized copying between members
• Third-party republication of content
• Identity misuse by platform users
Members are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property rights.
11. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy operates alongside:

• Safety and Fraud Prevention Policy

In the event of conflict, Hellobreeder’s interpretation controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.
