Verification Requirements

Hellobreeder may offer optional verification status to certain members based on role, eligibility, and platform review requirements.
Verification is a limited platform designation and does not constitute certification, endorsement, licensure, or guarantee of any kind.
By applying for or maintaining verification status, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Purpose of Verification
Verification is intended to provide additional transparency within the Hellobreeder community.
Verification may indicate that a member has submitted certain documentation or completed specific platform review steps at the time of approval.
Verification is a visibility feature and trust signal within the platform environment only.
2. Eligibility and Requirements
Verification eligibility may vary by role and may require submission of information such as:
• Government-issued identification
• Business documentation
• Proof of regulatory registration (if applicable)
• Social presence confirmation
• Platform history review
• Additional documentation as requested
Hellobreeder reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval.
3. Scope and Limitations of Verification
Verification confirms only that certain information was reviewed at a specific point in time.
Verification does NOT:
• Guarantee ethics or business practices
• Guarantee animal health or genetic claims
• Guarantee legal compliance
• Guarantee licensing validity
• Guarantee financial stability
• Guarantee service performance
• Guarantee transaction success
• Guarantee identity authenticity beyond submitted documentation
• Create endorsement or recommendation
• Create partnership, agency, or representation
Verification is not a certification program.
Verification is not a regulatory approval.
Verification is not a guarantee of safety.
4. No Ongoing Monitoring
Hellobreeder does not continuously monitor verified members.
Verification status does not imply ongoing background checks, audits, inspections, or supervision.
Members remain solely responsible for maintaining legal compliance and ethical conduct.
5. Revocation of Verification
Hellobreeder may suspend or revoke verification status at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
• Policy violations
• Misrepresentation
• Fraud allegations
• Animal welfare concerns
• Expired or invalid documentation
• Failure to maintain eligibility requirements
Revocation decisions are final.
6. Member Responsibility
Verified members remain fully responsible for:
• Listings and representations
• Animal welfare
• Regulatory compliance
• Contracts and financial transactions
• Communication with other members
Verification does not transfer liability to Hellobreeder.
7. No Liability for Verified Members
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:
• Fraud committed by verified members
• Financial losses involving verified members
• Health outcomes
• Service disputes
• Transport incidents
• Contract enforcement issues
Members are responsible for conducting independent due diligence, even when interacting with verified accounts.
8. Fees and Refunds (If Applicable)
If verification requires payment:
• Verification fees cover administrative review only
• Fees are non-refundable once review has begun
• Revocation does not entitle the member to a refund
9. Updates to Verification Requirements
Hellobreeder may modify verification criteria, documentation requirements, or review standards at any time.
Continued use of verification status constitutes acceptance of updated requirements.
