By using the Hellobreeder Platform (“Platform”), you agree to the terms below.
Hellobreeder provides a community space to connect breeders, seekers, and transport providers but does not manage transport operations or guarantee transport safety.
1. Hellobreeder Does Not Provide Transport Services
Hellobreeder does not:
- Offer transportation services
- Schedule transport
- Provide flight nanny services
- Approve routes or travel plans
- Supervise transporter activity
- Handle transport payments
- Mediate transport disputes
- Guarantee delivery success
All transport services are arranged directly between users.
2. Transporters Are Independent Third Parties
Transporters listed or active on the Platform are independent individuals or businesses.
Hellobreeder does not:
- Employ transporters
- Vet professional qualifications
- Verify insurance coverage
- Certify vehicle or crate safety standards
- Conduct background checks (unless voluntarily submitted by users)
- Monitor transport conditions
- Guarantee reliability or legal compliance
Users must independently evaluate transporter legitimacy.
3. Transport Safety Is Not Guaranteed
Hellobreeder cannot guarantee:
- Animal safety during transport
- Timely delivery
- Transporter communication
- Proper handling or temperature control
- Vehicle cleanliness or conditions
- Airline or airport compliance
- Weather-related delays
- The health or condition of the puppy upon arrival
Transport involves inherent risks that users must assess independently.
4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Transporters are solely responsible for complying with:
- USDA regulations (if applicable)
- State, federal, or international animal transport laws
- Airline and carrier rules
- Health certificate requirements
- Age and vaccination requirements
Hellobreeder does not verify compliance with these requirements.
5. User Responsibilities: Breeders and Puppy Seekers
Breeders and puppy seekers are responsible for:
- Confirming transporter legitimacy
- Requesting proof of routes, schedules, and experience
- Providing accurate pickup and delivery details
- Agreeing to all terms prior to transport
- Verifying required health documents (CVIs, vaccines, etc.)
- Discussing emergency procedures
- Providing necessary records or supplies
All agreements must be made directly between users.
6. Payment Arrangements
Transport payments must be handled directly between the transporter and the hiring party.
Hellobreeder does not:
- Collect transport fees
- Provide payment protection
- Validate receipts
- Offer escrow services
- Issue refunds for transport-related payments
Users assume all financial risk.
7. Risks of Animal Transport
Transporting puppies or dogs involves inherent risks, including:
- Health stress
- Exposure to illness
- Anxiety or motion sickness
- Delays
- Weather complications
- Lost or misplaced animals
- Injury or death
Transport is undertaken at the user’s own risk.
8. Emergency Situations
In emergencies, transporters are responsible for:
- Promptly contacting the breeder and buyer
- Making decisions prioritizing animal safety
- Following applicable transport or veterinary guidelines
Hellobreeder does not coordinate or supervise emergency responses.
9. Claims, Disputes and Liability
Hellobreeder is not responsible for:
- Lost, injured, stolen, or deceased animals
- Delayed or canceled transport
- Miscommunication between parties
- Negligence or improper handling
- Financial losses
- Emotional distress
- Fee disputes
- Damage occurring during or after transport
All disputes must be resolved directly between users.
10. Verification Limitations for Transporters
If a transporter is marked as “verified” on Hellobreeder, verification confirms only:
- Basic identity review
- Review of provided online presence
- Accuracy of submitted information at the time of screening
Verification is not:
- A safety certification
- Proof of licensing or insurance
- A guarantee of reliability
- A quality endorsement
Hellobreeder may revoke verification at any time.
11. Reporting Unsafe Transport Practices
Unsafe, unethical, or fraudulent transport behavior may be reported to:

Reports may result in:
- Removal of transport listings
- Account suspension
- Permanent removal from the Platform
- Verification revocation
Hellobreeder may act at its discretion.
12. No Veterinary Liability
Hellobreeder is not responsible for:
- Veterinary expenses related to transport
- Health complications caused by travel
- Misrepresented health documentation
- Post-transport diagnoses or injuries
Buyers should consult a veterinarian promptly after receiving a transported animal.

Hellobreeder may update this Transport Safety Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
