Role Specific Terms

Hellobreeder is a membership-based digital platform that provides structured visibility, networking, and community tools for independent members operating in various roles.

These Role-Specific Terms apply to all members who select or are assigned one or more roles on the Platform.

By selecting a role, activating membership, upgrading to a verified tier, or using role-based features, you agree to these Terms in addition to:

• Terms of Service

• Community Standards

• Animal Listing Rules

• Payment and Billing Transparency Policy

• Privacy Policy

• All other applicable Platform disclosures

1. Role Selection vs. Membership Tier

Role selection identifies the type of activity a member intends to conduct on the Platform (e.g., Breeder, Pet Provider, Transporter, Rescue, or Community Member).

Membership tier determines access level, feature availability, visibility tools, and verification status.

All members begin with Free Membership unless they upgrade to a paid or verified tier.

Selecting a role:

• Does not constitute approval, endorsement, certification, or regulatory clearance by Hellobreeder

• Does not automatically grant commercial privileges

• Does not guarantee access to listing or advertising tools

Certain features may require an upgraded membership tier.

Hellobreeder may modify, restrict, or revoke role-based access at its sole discretion.

2. Platform Classification and No Agency

Hellobreeder:

• Is not a breeder, seller, rescue organization, transporter, broker, agent, or marketplace facilitator

• Does not employ, supervise, or control members

• Does not create partnerships, joint ventures, or agency relationships

• Does not participate in member-to-member transactions

All members operate independently and are solely responsible for:

• Listings and representations

• Communications

• Regulatory compliance

• Animal welfare

• Contracts and agreements

• Payments and financial arrangements

• Taxes

• Business operations

Role access and feature privileges are granted at Hellobreeder’s discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.

3. Community Member Role (Free Membership)

Community Members may:

• Access the community feed

• Participate in discussions

• Join groups (where permitted)

• View listings and profiles

• Interact with other members

Community Members may not:

• Post animals for sale

• Advertise services or goods

• Create business pages

• Circumvent listing or advertising requirements

• Engage in commercial solicitation without appropriate upgrade

Commercial activity requires the appropriate role and membership tier.

4. Breeder Role

Members selecting the Breeder role agree that:

• All animal representations are truthful and accurate

• Health, pedigree, genetic, and registration claims are made in good faith

• Animals are legally owned and lawfully offered

• Breeding practices comply with applicable laws and welfare standards

• Deposits, contracts, and financial transactions occur off-platform

Hellobreeder does not:

• Certify breeding programs

• Guarantee health outcomes

• Verify genetic testing

• Enforce health guarantees

• Mediate breeder-buyer disputes

Breeders remain fully responsible for:

• Animal welfare

• Legal compliance

• Representations

• Financial agreements

Commercial listing privileges may require upgraded membership.

5. Verified Breeder Membership Tier

Verified Breeder status indicates that a member has completed additional platform review requirements.

Verification:

• Is not a certification of quality

• Is not a guarantee of ethics or health

• Does not represent regulatory approval

• Does not create endorsement or partnership

Verification may be revoked at any time.

6. Pet Provider Role

Pet Providers may include, where permitted:

• Trainers

• Groomers

• Behaviorists

• Animal-related service professionals

• Product sellers

Pet Providers agree that:

• Services are accurately described

• Licensing and regulatory requirements are met

• Claims are truthful

• Transactions occur directly between parties

Hellobreeder does not supervise, manage, or guarantee service performance.

Commercial visibility tools may require upgraded membership.

7. Verified Pet Provider Membership Tier

Verified Pet Provider status indicates completion of additional platform review.

Verification does not:

• Guarantee quality or outcomes

• Confirm licensing validity

• Certify expertise

• Create endorsement

Verification may be revoked at Hellobreeder’s discretion.

8. Transporter Role

Transporters agree that:

• They operate independently

• They comply with all transport laws and regulations

• Required licensing (if applicable) is maintained

• Pricing and service terms are accurately disclosed

Hellobreeder does not:

• Provide transportation services

• Guarantee safety or compliance

• Supervise transit

• Mediate transport disputes

Transport arrangements occur solely between involved parties.

9. Rescue Role

Rescue members agree that:

• Animals are lawfully held and placed

• Adoption terms are clearly disclosed

• Regulatory requirements are met

• Representations are truthful

Hellobreeder does not:

• Operate rescue facilities

• Oversee adoption screening

• Guarantee health, behavior, or placement outcomes

• Enforce adoption agreements

Rescues remain solely responsible for compliance and placements.

10. Sponsored Visibility and Business Pages

Members using:

• Featured listings

• Sponsored placements

• Visibility boosts

• Business pages

acknowledge that:

• Increased visibility does not imply endorsement

• Visibility does not equal certification

• Visibility does not guarantee engagement, sales, or outcomes

Performance metrics are not guaranteed.

11. Role Misrepresentation

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Falsely claiming credentials or licensing

• Implying Hellobreeder endorsement or partnership

• Misusing verification badges

• Misrepresenting compliance status

• Using platform branding deceptively

Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension

• Role revocation

• Membership termination

• Loss of paid privileges without refund

12. Multiple Roles

Members holding multiple roles must:

• Clearly distinguish which role applies in interactions

• Comply with all applicable obligations

• Avoid conflicts of interest or misleading conduct

Hellobreeder may limit or revoke multi-role access at its discretion.

13. Enforcement and Discretion

Hellobreeder may:

• Modify role requirements

• Request supporting documentation

• Restrict feature access

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently terminate access

Enforcement decisions are final and may occur without prior notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder is not liable for:

• Animal health outcomes

• Genetic conditions

• Service performance

• Transport safety

• Contract disputes

• Financial losses

• Regulatory violations

• Misrepresentation by members

Users assume full responsibility for conducting independent due diligence.

15. Updates

Hellobreeder may update these Role-Specific Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
