This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on Hellobreeder (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a membership or using the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership-Based Access
Hellobreeder operates as a membership-based platform.
Membership fees provide access to platform features, tools, visibility options, educational resources, and community functionality.
Once access to the Platform is granted, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
This policy applies to all roles, including but not limited to:
• Breeders
• Transporters
• Puppy seekers
• Service providers
• Business page owners
• Advertisers
• Any future roles added to the Platform
2. Non-Refundable Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Partial billing periods
• Unused time
• Voluntary cancellation
• Account inactivity
• Dissatisfaction with features
• Failure to generate leads or sales
• Platform strategy changes
• Removal of specific features
• Suspension due to policy violations
Members are responsible for reviewing pricing, membership benefits, billing frequency, and role requirements before completing payment.
3. Billing Terms and Renewals
Memberships may be offered on monthly, annual, or other recurring billing terms.
• Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger refunds for prior billing periods
• Fixed-term or annual plans are not refundable if canceled early

4. Sponsored Listings, Ads and Upgrades
Fees paid for:
• Sponsored placements
• Featured listings
• Business page upgrades
• Visibility boosts
• Promotional add-ons
are non-refundable once activated or displayed.
Performance, impressions, engagement, or results are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.
5. Member-to-Member Transactions
Hellobreeder does not:
• Sell animals, services, or products
• Process deposits or transport payments
• Hold escrow funds
• Mediate private agreements
All transactions occur directly between members.
Hellobreeder is not responsible for:
• Refunds related to animal purchases
• Deposit disputes
• Transport cancellations
• Service dissatisfaction
• Pricing disagreements
• Chargebacks between members
All transaction-related refund requests must be resolved privately between the involved parties.
6. Suspension or Termination
If a member’s account is suspended or terminated due to violations of:
• Community Standards
• Listing Rules
• Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
No refund will be issued, regardless of remaining membership time.
7. Platform Modifications and Availability
Hellobreeder reserves the right to:
• Modify features
• Add or remove tools
• Change access levels
• Perform maintenance
• Temporarily suspend service
• Discontinue certain offerings
Platform updates, maintenance periods, feature adjustments, or downtime do not entitle members to refunds.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Hellobreeder Support may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Loss of access to all platform features
• Recovery efforts to collect unpaid balances
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that fees are for platform access and are non-refundable once granted.
9. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if:
• A duplicate charge occurs due to a verified system error directly caused by Hellobreeder
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law
Any approved refund exceptions are granted at Hellobreeder’s sole discretion.
