Payment and Billing Policy

Hellobreeder is committed to transparency regarding membership fees, billing practices, and financial responsibilities on the Platform.
This Payment and Billing Transparency Policy explains how payments are handled and what members can expect when purchasing memberships, upgrades, or promotional features.
By purchasing or upgrading on Hellobreeder, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Membership Structure
Hellobreeder offers:
• Free membership access
• Optional paid membership upgrades
Free membership allows participation in the community feed and groups.
Paid memberships provide enhanced visibility and platform tools, which may include:
• Listing creation and management
• Business page creation
• Event creation
• Sponsored advertising access
• Expanded visibility in search and listing pages
• Additional professional features
Membership fees are for access to platform features only.
They do not represent payment for animals, services, transport, marketplace goods, or off-platform transactions.
Access to paid features is granted upon successful payment processing.
All pricing, billing frequency, and included features are disclosed prior to purchase.
2. Billing and Automatic Renewals
Paid memberships may be offered on a recurring basis (monthly or other disclosed intervals).
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Hellobreeder to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date unless canceled before renewal.
Important:
• Renewal terms are displayed at checkout
• Memberships renew automatically
• Cancellation stops future billing
• Cancellation does not retroactively refund past charges
Members are responsible for managing subscription status before the renewal date.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify as a billing error.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless required by applicable law:
• Membership fees are non-refundable once access to paid features is granted
• Sponsored placements and promotional visibility purchases are non-refundable once activated
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time
• No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation
Refunds, if any, are governed by the Hellobreeder Refund Policy and granted at Hellobreeder’s sole discretion.
4. Listings, Services and Member Transactions
Hellobreeder does not process payments for:
• Animal listings
• Service listings
• Transport services
• Marketplace goods
• Event transactions
All pricing, deposits, contracts, and payment methods are handled directly between members using third-party payment platforms of their choosing.
Hellobreeder does not:
• Collect commissions on member sales
• Hold escrow or deposits
• Guarantee transactions
• Mediate private financial disputes
Members assume full responsibility for off-platform transactions.
5. Sponsored Advertising and Promotional Fees
Hellobreeder may offer paid promotional tools or sponsored placements to increase visibility.
Sponsored fees provide enhanced exposure only and do not guarantee:
• Engagement
• Leads
• Sales
• Performance results
Sponsored purchases are non-refundable once published or activated.
6. External Payment Links
Members may include external payment links in listings or business pages.
Hellobreeder:
• Does not operate third-party payment processors
• Does not verify payment links
• Is not responsible for processing errors, fraud, or disputes
Members are responsible for reviewing third-party payment terms and fees.
7. Taxes and Member Obligations
Members are solely responsible for:
• Taxes associated with membership purchases
• Taxes related to off-platform transactions
• Compliance with local business, licensing, or sales regulations
Hellobreeder does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to paid features may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Removal of paid access
• Permanent account termination
• Collection efforts where applicable
By completing a purchase, members acknowledge that Hellobreeder is a membership-based platform and that paid features are non-refundable once accessed.
Members agree to contact Hellobreeder Support prior to initiating any payment dispute.
9. Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact Hellobreeder Support promptly.
Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
Failure to notify Hellobreeder within a reasonable timeframe may limit resolution options.
10. Transparency Commitment
Hellobreeder is committed to:
• Clear disclosure of pricing
• Transparent billing practices
• No hidden fees
• No commission-based transaction charges
• Honest communication regarding paid features
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:
• Off-platform financial disputes
• Payment processor errors
• Chargebacks initiated by third parties
• Lost revenue resulting from cancellation
• Business losses related to membership status
Hellobreeder’s total liability for billing-related claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the billing period in question.
12. Changes to This Policy
Hellobreeder may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
