Hellobreeder Animal Listing Rules and Requirements

These Animal Listing Rules apply to all animal-related content posted on the Hellobreeder Platform (“Platform”), including but not limited to listings displayed in:
• Dedicated listing pages
• Community feed
• Business pages
• Member profiles
• Groups
• Sponsored advertisements
• Events
• Direct messages
• Promotional placements
These Rules apply to listings involving dogs, cats, horses, and any other domesticated animals permitted on the Platform.
By posting any animal-related content, you agree to comply with these Rules, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
1. Accuracy and Honest Representation
All listings must be truthful, complete, and current.
Where applicable, listings must accurately disclose:
• Species
• Breed or type
• Variety, size, or classification
• Date of birth or age
• Price
• Location (minimum state and country)
• Registration status (if claimed)
• Health disclosures
• Vaccination and deworming status (if represented)
• Parent information (if represented)
• Temperament descriptions
• Photos and videos
Misrepresentation, omission of material facts, deceptive wording, exaggerated claims, or misleading descriptions are strictly prohibited.
2. Availability and Listing Maintenance
Members must:
• Update listings promptly when reserved, sold, adopted, or unavailable
• Correct inaccurate information
• Remove outdated or inactive listings
• Avoid duplicate, excessive, or spam reposting
Listings must reflect current availability.
3. Photo and Media Standards
All images and videos must:
• Be owned by the member or used with proper permission
• Accurately depict the actual animal listed
• Not be AI-generated representations of animals being offered for sale or placement
• Not be stock or stolen images
• Not be altered in a deceptive manner
Use of unauthorized, misleading, or fabricated media may result in immediate removal and account action.
4. Health and Veterinary Disclosures
Members must disclose known material health information, including where applicable:
• Known health conditions
• Vaccination status (if claimed)
• Deworming schedule (if claimed)
• Veterinary examinations (if claimed)
• Known hereditary or congenital concerns
Failure to disclose known material conditions may result in enforcement action.
Hellobreeder does not verify veterinary documentation.
5. Genetic Testing and Registration Claims
Claims related to:
• DNA testing
• Genetic clearances
• OFA certifications
• Embark or similar testing
• Pedigree or registration
must be truthful.
Fabricated or altered documentation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Hellobreeder does not independently verify genetic documentation.
6. Pricing Transparency
Listings must clearly disclose:
• Total purchase price
• Deposit requirements
• Whether deposits are refundable
• Any mandatory additional fees
Hidden fees, bait-and-switch pricing, or post-agreement price increases are prohibited.
7. Legal Compliance and Age Requirements
Members may not list:
• Animals below legally permitted placement age
• Animals prohibited by applicable regulations
• Animals offered in violation of licensing requirements
• Restricted or regulated species without proper authorization
• Animals not legally owned or controlled
Members are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
Hellobreeder does not verify regulatory compliance.
8. Animal Welfare Standards
Members must:
• Maintain humane living conditions
• Provide appropriate veterinary care
• Comply with applicable animal welfare laws
• Avoid abusive or neglectful practices
Hellobreeder does not conduct inspections or certifications but may act upon credible reports of welfare violations.
9. Contracts and Private Agreements
All contracts, guarantees, deposits, and agreements occur outside the Platform.
Hellobreeder does not:
• Review private contracts
• Enforce guarantees
• Mediate disputes
• Guarantee breeder or buyer policies
Members assume full responsibility for private agreements.
10. Payments and Financial Responsibility
Hellobreeder does not:
• Collect deposits
• Process animal sale payments
• Provide escrow services
• Hold funds
• Resolve payment disputes
All financial transactions occur directly between members using third-party services of their choosing.
11. Transport Representations
If transport is offered or referenced:
• Costs must be clearly disclosed
• Arrangements must be accurately described
• Third-party transporters must be represented truthfully
Hellobreeder is not responsible for transport arrangements, compliance, or outcomes.
12. Communication Standards
Members must:
• Communicate respectfully
• Avoid coercion, harassment, or pressure tactics
• Provide honest responses
• Respect declined inquiries
Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive communication is prohibited.
13. No Guarantee by Hellobreeder
Hellobreeder does not guarantee:
• Animal health
• Genetic accuracy
• Temperament
• Registration validity
• Breeder credibility
• Buyer credibility
• Successful transaction completion
Moderation and verification tools reduce risk but do not eliminate fraud.
Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence.
14. No Agency Relationship
Hellobreeder is not a breeder, seller, broker, agent, escrow service, or marketplace facilitator.
The Platform provides visibility and community tools only.
All members act independently.
15. Enforcement
Hellobreeder may, at its sole discretion:
• Remove listings
• Request documentation
• Restrict listing privileges
• Revoke verification
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate access
Enforcement may occur without prior notice and without refund.
16. Reporting Concerns
Suspected fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property violations, or welfare concerns may be reported to:
Reports are reviewed confidentially. Submission of a report does not guarantee dispute resolution or specific enforcement action.
17. Updates
These Animal Listing Rules may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revisions.
