Intellectual Property and Content Ownership Policy

This Intellectual Property and Content Ownership Policy (“Policy”) governs ownership, licensing, and permitted use of content on Hellobreeder (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using Hellobreeder, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Ownership of Hellobreeder Platform Content
All content created, developed, owned, or licensed by Hellobreeder is the exclusive property of Hellobreeder or its licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Website and mobile application design
• Platform structure, navigation, and user interface
• Branding, logos, trade names, trademarks, and slogans
• Educational materials and Learning Center content
• Courses, lessons, templates, downloads, and guides
• Proprietary tools, calculators, databases, and software
• Platform architecture, code, scripts, and technical systems
• Original text, graphics, images, video, and media
• Aggregated platform data and structured listing databases
All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, database, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
2. Limited License to Use the Platform
Hellobreeder grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.
This license does not permit:
• Copying or reproducing platform content
• Modifying or creating derivative works
• Reverse engineering platform features
• Extracting data or scraping listings
• Republishing platform content externally
• Using content for commercial resale
Unauthorized use terminates the license immediately.
3. Ownership of Member-Submitted Content
Members retain ownership of content they submit, including:
• Listings and marketplace posts
• Business pages
• Event pages
• Photos, videos, and media
• Profile information
• Group posts and comments
• Written content and communications
Hellobreeder does not claim ownership of member-submitted content.
4. License Granted to Hellobreeder by Members
By submitting content, you grant Hellobreeder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
• Host and store the content
• Display and distribute the content on the Platform
• Promote and market the Platform using submitted content
• Display content in feeds, search results, and previews
• Include content in platform marketing materials
• Adapt formatting for technical functionality
This license exists solely for operation and promotion of Hellobreeder and does not transfer ownership.
5. Member Representations and Indemnification
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
• You own the content or have lawful permission to use it
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• The content complies with applicable laws
• The content complies with Hellobreeder policies
You agree to indemnify and hold Hellobreeder harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your submitted content.
6. Prohibited Data Use and Anti-Scraping Protections
You may not:
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest platform data
• Use bots, automated tools, or AI systems to extract data
• Use platform content to train artificial intelligence models
• Compile or recreate listing databases
• Republish member content outside Hellobreeder
• Use Hellobreeder content to build competing platforms
Unauthorized extraction or reproduction of platform data may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Permanent access restriction
• Legal enforcement
• Claims for damages
7. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Compliance
Hellobreeder respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact:
Include:
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury
Hellobreeder may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while investigating.
Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
8. Trademarks
“Hellobreeder,” associated logos, slogans, and platform identifiers are trademarks of Hellobreeder.
Unauthorized use of trademarks, branding, or trade dress may result in legal action.
9. Third-Party Content
Third-party content, embeds, integrations, or links remain the property of their respective owners.
Hellobreeder does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property and is not responsible for third-party practices.
10. Termination and Content Retention
If a member deletes content or closes an account, Hellobreeder’s license to that content terminates except where retention is necessary for:
• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security monitoring
• Dispute resolution
• System backups and archival processes
Backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:
• Unauthorized copying by third parties
• Misuse of content by other users
• Damages arising from intellectual property disputes between members
Users assume responsibility for protecting their own intellectual property rights.
12. Survival of Rights
Sections relating to ownership, license grants, indemnification, prohibited use, anti-scraping protections, trademarks, and limitation of liability survive termination of membership.
13. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the same governing law provisions outlined in the Hellobreeder Terms of Service.
14. Changes to This Policy
Hellobreeder may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
