These Digital Content Terms govern access to and use of Hellobreeder’s digital products, educational content, Learning Center materials, courses, and any digital content offered by users on the platform (collectively, “Digital Content”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any Digital Content, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Hellobreeder Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Digital Content.
1. Scope of Digital Content
Hellobreeder may provide Digital Content including, but not limited to:
- Educational articles and resources
- Learning Center materials
- Online courses, lessons, and modules
- Downloadable guides, templates, or documents
- Educational videos, recordings, or media
Digital Content may also be offered by third-party users, including breeders, service providers, and other platform members.
Digital Content may be offered through:
- Free access
- Membership-based access
- Paid upgrades
- Individual purchase
Hellobreeder retains sole discretion over platform structure, while individual sellers retain control over their own content offerings, subject to platform rules.
2. Platform Role and Third-Party Content
Hellobreeder acts as a platform provider and does not own, control, or guarantee Digital Content created or sold by third-party users.
For Digital Content offered by users:
- The seller is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and delivery
- The seller sets pricing, descriptions, and terms (unless otherwise restricted)
- Hellobreeder does not guarantee quality, outcomes, or performance
Any transaction between users is made directly between the buyer and seller.
Hellobreeder is not responsible for disputes, delivery issues, or dissatisfaction related to third-party Digital Content.
3. Platform Access and Availability
Digital Content availability and purchasing functionality may vary depending on the device or platform used.
Due to platform and app marketplace restrictions, digital products may not be available for purchase within the Hellobreeder mobile application.
Users accessing Hellobreeder through the mobile app may experience limited functionality related to digital purchases.
To ensure full access to Digital Content, including purchasing and downloads, users should access Hellobreeder through a desktop or mobile web browser: Hellobreeder.com
By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that certain features may be restricted based on your device or access method.
4. Educational Purpose Only
All Digital Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Hellobreeder does not provide veterinary, medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Third-party sellers are also not verified as licensed professionals unless explicitly stated.
Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.
5. Access and Availability
Access to Digital Content may depend on:
- Active membership status
- Specific membership tier
- Individual purchase
Hellobreeder reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, replace, or remove any platform-provided content
- Restrict or revoke access
- Enforce seller compliance with platform standards
Loss of membership status or violation of platform policies may result in immediate loss of access without refund.
6. No Guarantees or Outcomes
Hellobreeder makes no guarantees regarding:
- Results or outcomes
- Financial success
- Business performance
- Placement success
- Regulatory compliance
This applies to both platform-provided and user-generated Digital Content.
7. Intellectual Property and License
All Digital Content remains the property of its respective owner.
- Hellobreeder retains ownership of platform-created content
- Sellers retain ownership of their own content
Digital Content is licensed, not sold.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Resell or republish materials
- Share login credentials
- Use content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Refunds and Seller Policies
Unless otherwise stated:
- Digital products are non-refundable once access is granted
- Sellers may define their own refund policies (if allowed by the platform)
- Membership fees are governed by separate membership terms
Hellobreeder does not guarantee refunds for third-party Digital Content and is not responsible for enforcing seller refund policies.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share or distribute paid content
- Attempt to bypass access restrictions
- Engage in piracy or unauthorized resale
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Hellobreeder is not responsible for:

- Security
- Downtime
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellobreeder shall not be liable for:

- Buyer-seller disputes

- Any indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Digital Content.
