This page explains how members can submit an account deletion request and what happens to personal information once a request has been processed. We understand that users may decide to close their accounts for a variety of reasons, and Hellobreeder provides a process for requesting the removal of accounts and associated data from the platform.

How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to submit an account deletion request for your Hellobreeder account, there are two primary methods available.
Option 1: Through Your Account Settings
Members who still have access to their accounts may be able to request deletion directly through their account dashboard. To do this, log into your Hellobreeder account and navigate to your account or profile settings. If the self-service deletion option is available, you may submit your account deletion request directly through the platform.
Submitting a request through your account settings allows our system to identify your account and begin processing the deletion request.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you cannot access your account or would prefer assistance with the process, you may submit an account deletion request by contacting Hellobreeder support.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, several changes will occur on the platform.
Your user profile will be permanently removed from the Hellobreeder platform. Any public information connected to your profile will no longer be visible to other members or visitors.
Listings and advertisements associated with your account will also be removed. This may include breeder listings, service listings, marketplace advertisements, or other content connected to your account.
If your account is connected to business pages, storefronts, or vendor profiles, those pages may also be removed when your account deletion request is completed.
After deletion, your access to the platform will be terminated and you will no longer be able to log in using the deleted account credentials.
Data That May Be Retained
Although Hellobreeder will remove user profiles and public content after an account deletion request is processed, certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Examples of situations where limited data may be retained include:

• Financial or billing record keeping
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Enforcement of platform policies and agreements
