HelloBreeder is a membership-based community platform that supports multiple member roles. These Role-Specific Terms outline additional responsibilities, expectations, and limitations that apply based on a member’s selected role(s).
By joining HelloBreeder and selecting one or more roles, you agree to these Role-Specific Terms in addition to all other HelloBreeder policies, including the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. General Role Principles
Members may select one or more roles, subject to platform availability, eligibility, and approval. Each role carries unique responsibilities, expectations, and potential access limitations.
HelloBreeder does not act as an employer, broker, agent, representative, or service provider for any member role. All members act independently and are solely responsible for their conduct, listings, communications, services, and transactions.
Role-based access to features, listings, advertising placement, tools, and visibility may vary by membership level, verification status, and platform rules, and may be modified at HelloBreeder’s discretion.
2. Breeder Terms
Members identifying as breeders agree that:
- All representations, descriptions, and communications are truthful, accurate, and not misleading
- Health, registration, pedigree, and breeding claims are made in good faith
- Puppies, breeding services, and related offerings comply with all applicable laws
- All deposits, payments, contracts, and agreements occur off-platform
Breeders acknowledge that listing, advertising, or classified posting privileges are not guaranteed and may require specific membership levels, verification, or approval.
HelloBreeder does not:
- Sell puppies
- Guarantee breeder practices, ethics, or outcomes
- Participate in breeder-buyer transactions
- Enforce, interpret, or resolve breeder contracts
Breeders remain solely responsible for their breeding programs, animal welfare, representations, and buyer interactions.
3. Puppy Seeker Terms
Members identifying as puppy seekers agree that:
- They will conduct their own due diligence before engaging with breeders or service providers
- HelloBreeder does not guarantee puppy availability, health, suitability, or outcomes
- All agreements, payments, and arrangements occur directly with breeders or providers
HelloBreeder does not:
- Match or assign puppies
- Recommend specific breeders or puppies
- Intervene in disputes between members
4. Transporter Terms
Members offering transportation services agree that:
- They operate independently and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Service descriptions, pricing, availability, and policies are accurate and current
- All transportation arrangements, payments, and agreements occur off-platform
- They comply with applicable animal welfare, safety, and transportation requirements
HelloBreeder does not:
- Provide transportation services
- Supervise, manage, or employ transporters
- Guarantee transport safety, performance, or outcomes
5. Service Providers & Marketplace Sellers
Members offering dog-related services or marketplace goods agree that:
- Listings accurately describe offerings, pricing, and applicable terms
- Fulfillment, delivery, and customer service are their sole responsibility
- All transactions occur off-platform
- They comply with all applicable laws, licensing, tax, and regulatory obligations
HelloBreeder does not:
- Process payments
- Handle fulfillment, shipping, or returns
- Provide warranties or guarantees
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
6. Role Misrepresentation
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresenting your role, credentials, experience, or qualifications
- Implying HelloBreeder endorsement, partnership, or guarantees
- Using role access or verification status in a deceptive or misleading manner
Violations may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent account termination without refund.
7. Multiple Roles
Members holding multiple roles are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable role-specific terms
- Maintaining clarity and transparency in communications and listings
HelloBreeder may limit, modify, or revoke role access at its discretion.
8. Enforcement & Role Changes
HelloBreeder reserves the right to:
- Modify, restrict, or revoke role access
- Require updated or additional information
- Enforce Community Standards, Terms of Service, and related policies
Role access is a privilege, not a right.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
These Role-Specific Terms operate alongside and in addition to:
- Terms of Service
- Refund Policy
- Community Standards & Code of Conduct
- Verification Rules & Requirements
- Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
In the event of a conflict, HelloBreeder’s enforcement decisions and interpretations control.
10. Changes to Role-Specific Terms
HelloBreeder may update these Role-Specific Terms at any time. Continued use of role-based features constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
