HelloBreeder is a membership-based community built to support ethical dog breeding, responsible ownership, and professional collaboration. These Community Standards and Code of Conduct define the expectations for all members and help maintain a respectful, trustworthy, and safe environment.
By accessing or using HelloBreeder, you agree to follow these standards in addition to all other HelloBreeder policies.
1. Core Community Principles
HelloBreeder is founded on the following principles:
- Ethical and responsible dog breeding and care
- Transparency, honesty, and accountability
- Respectful communication and professionalism
- Education, collaboration, and community support
- Zero tolerance for scams, abuse, or exploitation
Members are expected to act in good faith and contribute positively to the community.
2. Respectful Conduct
All members must:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism
- Communicate honestly and clearly
- Respect differing opinions, experience levels, and roles
- Use appropriate language in all posts, messages, and interactions
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation
- Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory language
- Personal attacks, name-calling, or inflammatory behavior
- Sexual, violent, or explicit content unrelated to legitimate dog-related topics
3. Ethical Breeding & Animal Welfare
HelloBreeder supports ethical breeding and responsible animal care.
Members may not:
- Promote puppy mills, backyard breeding, or unethical practices
- Misrepresent health testing, lineage, or breeding standards
- Encourage neglect, abuse, or unsafe animal practices
- Sell or promote animals obtained through illegal or unethical means
HelloBreeder reserves the right to remove content or accounts that raise animal welfare concerns.
4. Listings, Promotions & Accuracy
Members who post listings or promote services must:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
- Clearly disclose pricing, terms, and conditions
- Use current and accurate photos and descriptions
- Update or remove listings that are no longer available
The following are prohibited:
- False, misleading, or deceptive listings
- Bait-and-switch pricing or misrepresentation
- Duplicate, spam, or excessive promotional posts
- Off-topic advertising outside approved listing areas
5. Messaging & Member Interactions
Messaging is intended for respectful, relevant communication.
Members may not:
- Send unsolicited spam or mass messages
- Pressure, harass, or coerce other members
- Use messaging for scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Circumvent platform rules or safeguards through private messages
Messaging access may vary by membership level and role.
6. Marketplace & Off-Platform Transactions
HelloBreeder does not process payments or participate in transactions.
Members are solely responsible for:
- Vetting buyers, sellers, and service providers
- Payment arrangements, contracts, and agreements
- Compliance with all applicable laws
HelloBreeder does not mediate disputes or guarantee outcomes. Members engage with others at their own discretion and risk.
7. Use of Tools, Events & Community Features
Community tools, events, and resources are provided for educational and organizational purposes.
Members may not:
- Misuse tools to falsify records or information
- Manipulate event systems or attendance
- Share or redistribute proprietary tools without permission
Access to tools, events, and features may vary by membership level.
8. Privacy & Data Respect
Members must respect the privacy of others.
Prohibited actions include:
- Sharing personal or private information without consent
- Doxxing or harassment through information disclosure
- Recording or distributing private conversations
Violations of privacy may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Reporting Violations
Members are encouraged to report:
- Scams or suspected fraud
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Animal welfare concerns
- Policy or community standard violations
Reports are reviewed by HelloBreeder but do not guarantee action or resolution of disputes.
10. Enforcement & Consequences
HelloBreeder reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion, including:
- Content removal
- Listing restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of verification or membership privileges
Violations may result in enforcement without warning and without refund.
11. No Endorsement or Guarantees
Compliance with Community Standards does not imply endorsement, certification, or guarantee by HelloBreeder.
All members remain solely responsible for their conduct, listings, services, and interactions.
12. Updates to Community Standards
HelloBreeder may update these Community Standards at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.
